GivingTuesday unleashes the power of people and organizations to transform their communities and their world. GivingTuesday will kick off the generosity season this year by inspiring people to give back on November 29, 2022, and throughout the year.


The LWV of Hays County is fully committed to diversity, equity, and inclusion in principle and practice. This is central to our current and future success in engaging all individuals, households, communities, and policymakers of Hays County. There are two initiatives for which the League is raising funds,
• a scholarship program to cover membership fees for valuable participants that want to join the League, and the fee poses a budget hurdle, and
• a translation account to cover the cost of a professional translation of the virtual voters guide, VOTE411.org, and the print voters guide.
