Executive Branch
President (along with Vice-President) – four year term, elected during presidential election years

Legislative Branch
U.S. Representatives - elected every two years (entire House of Representatives is up for election/re-election)
U.S. Senators - serve six year terms, staggered

Judicial branch members are appointed by the president and confirmed by members of the U.S. Senate.
